Paducah

After 2 days at the show and I still have not seen everything.
I will admit that I have already spent more than I planned on
The quilts are amazing. 
Todays goal, is to finish seeing it all and actually take some pictures,
hopefully I can show some of my finds.
Yesterday lunch was BBQ sandwichs as a donation to the Red Cross
off again for shopping and sighseeing

Paducah day 1

We are here!
















 My accommodations are wonderful!  We are staying in a camp condo.....more like a palace.  It is absolutely awesome.

Yesterday we walked the downtown and poke into a few shop (note all quilt related)  I did get to stop in and say hi to Jamie Wallen, Mindy and Dusty.  We had lunch on the river at by the flood walls.  And last by not least we visited Hancock's of Paducah.  I was just a tad overwhelmed, and did drop a few dollars there.  The rest of the crew (Rita and Linda) joined us last night at dinner time. 

Today is another adventure, and away we go :)

Paducah

Okay, I official have left the state of NH and am on my way to Paducah Kentucky for the AQS show!!!
Today the 3 musketeers log a little over 700 miles. Tonight we are sleeping in Ohio and had dinner at Bob Evans (yum!)

Tomorrow we arrive (look out Kentucky here we come).

Not alot happening on the design wall, but I do have progress.  I can not show you what is on my qulting machine or what other items I have been piecing.  The piecing project is a pattern  have been testing. Once it is released I will share it with you.  On my quiltng machine is a customer quilt which is to be entered into a show and I do not have the right to show this until they do.  So once again I will wait.

MQX is happening this weekend but I am not attending this year.  I have gone for 6 years and it is time for a break.  Instead of MQX this year I am heading to Paducah ! I have never been and this show is a bi one.
