YIPPEE!!! the pressure is off ! I have one t-shirt quilt to do for a family gift and all that is left on that is the quilting. So, now I can finish my Christmas shopping and shipping and maybe quilt one of my own :)

AAHHHHHH
Yesterday, It finally hit me. I have to teach a class at one of my guild's on Saturday! and I have to get (6 more quilts done ) before Christmas. AHHHHH
And I have to get all the candy and chocolates made for Thanksgiving AHHHHH
And I have to get the Christmas presents in the mail by the first week of December AHHHH
And need I go on?
I am prepared for teaching at my guild. All the patterns are printed, the design boards are done. I even have volunteer staff to assist me.
I just that nervousness of not having the set up solid in my head and having not done a workshop in over a year. All will be fine.
The six more quilts is actually right on track. I just have to remember to breathe...and all will be fine
Here are few that came of the machine last week

Quilting Mojo
Some days I can't get the ideas in my head to flow into thread on my machine. Some days I wake up and know exactly what I want to do on a quilt. Saturday was the day when all the mojo gods when on my side. I rewarded myself with being able to put a piece on my machine just for me to quilt and have fun. Below are the results.
I still get that knot in the pit of my stomach when I give back a quilt that a customer has given me full creative privilege on their quilt......don't get me wrong...I LOVE it when I can quilt anything I want on a quilt. But I always get nervous when they first see it, praying that I got it right.
Okay enough of this....here is some more eye candy off my machine
Please come to The Gathering Quilt Show the coming weekend and get inspired!

Seasons
It has officially became Fall.......I do love this season, but alas she is not my favorite. But each season holds a special place in my heart, Spring for the crocous blooms and things popping up the the gardens, Summer for the warm lazy days to paddle my kayak, Fall for the turning of the leaves, And Winter for the blankets of snow, cuddling under quilts and snow shoeing.
This Fall also shows both my step-son and husband and the weight that has fallen off of both of them.
I am so proud of both of them!!!
Fall also becomes a busy quilting season, Here are the quilts from last week.
Now that Monsters is done, we can't leave Taylor's baby sister out....so we began piecing her a top with animals with shoes. The top is now complete and will wait in line for a empty space in the quilt line (hopefully I won't wait so long to get this one to her)
